A. Depends on the project, we will give you an estimate of
time before we begin.
Q. What are your
payment terms?
A. New accounts are required to pay 50% in advance with the
balance due upon completion. Sorry, no exceptions.
Q. What formats do you
offer?
A. All file formats w/o layers. If you request a file (like
.psd) with layers, there may be an extra surcharge depending
on the project.
